We liked the price and location and plan to stay again on our next trip.
they upgraded our bed from double to queen beds
bathroom needs repair- shower curtain needs to be changed- the so call breakfest was donuts and cookies.
At check-in the owner tried to tell me he didn't have my reserved single bed room, tried to put me in a room with 2 beds at a higher price. When I refused he came up with a single room. To say the least the room was rough. The table was wobbly until I straightened the leg, The handle in the bathroom faucet came off when I tried to use it. After I wired the TV I could only get 1 channel,, the hunting channel. The room is in bad need of painting and the whole place seems to be falling apart. I wouldn't try and shower in the place.
I am sure I got bit by some kind of insect, (in room) Water did not turn on in bathroom. Called management. Came up and took a towel and with all of his strength pushed it down and said, See! Husband and I used the dirty bathtub to wash up with the stained and dirty cloths. Wouldn't take a bath in that dirty of a place. Biggest disgrace I have ever stayed in. Probably won't use Budget Inn again . You need to check out Budget Inn in Williams. Room 25
I liked the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located on Rte 66 which is about a hour drive to the Grand Canyon National Park. And also close to Safeway which was a bliss to us to pick up the necessary food for the day hikes and also resonably close to the visitor centre and many restaurants.
The supplies given to the guests (soaps, towels, tissues) are not of decent standard.
Its position not far from the train station
Coffee making facilities were advertised but in room but there was no coffee maker and not even sachets of coffee or tea provided as in other motels and we stayed in a lot of places on our tour. Continental breakfast included but there were one two small tables (or maybe just one) in reception area (small) and no tea available and no-one around to ask and this was at 08.00! There was certainly not enough room for all visitors to take breakfast around same time So I used my own tea and....the water was cold !! I'm sure the non-smoking room had been used in the past by smokers
Easy to find Due to large signs
Very very dirty room - unfriendly staff. The so called breakfast and breakfast room was disgusting- very small and dirty -only a small bun and cold coffee If you Booked.net want to keep people booking hotels through you I would surggest that you take this hotel off your website, it is not up to the standard that I have experienced when I have booked hotels on the Internet with you or other providers
The staff is friendly. I was visiting my boyfriend for a couple of days and wanted a place that was clean and affordable. Well this is the place to stay. I would recommend Budget Host Inn to stay.
I wish I had a coffee maker, otherwise the accomendations were good.
I have have already sent a letter of complaint -- I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charges. You would be best served to take this hotel off your list. It was decrepit, disrepaired, dirty, smelly and had bugs. What more can I say? We did not spend more than 10 minutes in that disgusting room.
The towels and washcloths were various shades of gray and very thin. The carpet was slightly shredded at the front door. Lighting in the room was very poor and the only table in the room had one leg very poorly repaired. The table and chest of drawers had long outlived their usefulness.
Simple, convenient, lower priced for stop along the road.
The AC didn't work and it was very noisy in early a.m. with window open. We didn't talk to staff about it. Too tired to bother.
The budget inn was in a great location on Route 66. Williams was a great town. Accommodation was good value for money.
Well located in route 66 and fairly close to Grand Canyon.
The hotel was comfy but really old.
I can for the price, then arrived with 4 people planning to stay in 1 room and was charged extra because we had more than two people. This is a rip off because the room has two queen beds, easily sleeping 4 people.
Place - near Grand Canyon np.
The room was poor. Woman at the front desk was bored. Internet connection does not work. First we got the wrong password and then we found that the connection is very weak :-(. There was nobody at the front desk at 7 am and no breakfast included as promised
